How do I become a member?

How do potential home buyers and sellers find me and my profile?
Profiles are listed on our popular website at www.PeakAgents.ca under your Province. This gives an immediate boost in exposure from day one of becoming a new member.
Profiles are also given an area specific "sub-domain" name (i.e. www.yourarea.peakagents.ca). This allows us to search engine optimize your profile for online exposure on Google, Bing, Yahoo!, and other popular search engines. Member Profile stats are captured, providing traffic data on a daily basis, allowing members to monitor and track their results.
How will I know if a lead or referral comes from Peak Agents?
Profiles contain various methods of contact. These methods of contact include office phone, mobile, email, website address, social media, etc. Home buyers and sellers have real-time, direct contact with members. It is recommended that members monitor their Member Profile Statistics and track where leads, contacts and referrals come from. For more information about how our system works, be sure to Contact Us.
Am I locked into any Term Agreements or Contracts?
No, we do not have any term agreements or contracts. Memberships with Peak Agents are month-to-month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, members can cancel at any time. All requests to cancel a membership become effective at the end of the calendar month the request was officially received.

What if my Member Profile information changes?
All updates are free! Simply Contact Us with the updates you require, and we'll take care of them for you without delay. Common updates include new photos, logos, change-of-office, phone number change, addition of social media, and bio updates.
Can I add a new city or area?
It is common for members to take additional cities or areas to increase their exposure, and expand into other markets. Profile Design and Optimization fees are discounted for additional areas. Monthly Membership Fees are also discounted for members who take multiple areas. Contact Us for details, or if you have any questions.
Can I link back to The Peak Agents Network from my existing website?
Yes, it is recommended you visit our Member Badges section and choose a Member Badge to dd to your website and social media profiles. If you require assistance adding a link to your site, Contact Us and we will help you.
Why haven't I heard of The Peak Agents Network?
Peak Agents was was launched in 2002, and soon became one of the most popular websites used to connect real estate professionals with home buyers and sellers. Our unique strategy is to remain in the background, as we put our members first. When you visit any Member Profile, you will notice that we focus on the introduction of our members, and less about the Peak Agents brand. All our efforts are aimed at promoting and marketing our members to increase their exposure, leads, contacts, and referrals.
What if the area I want has been taken?
Areas are "exclusive", as we only allow one-agent-per-area. If an area you are interested in has been taken, we can place you on our VIP Waiting List, which gives you the first right of refusal, if and when the area become available. Join Now under the any area you want that is currently available, and/or Contact Us to be placed on our VIP Waiting List.
What if I already have a website?
Almost all of our members have an existing website! The purpose of having a website is to attract visitors. At Peak Agents, your Member Profile drives traffic to your website, resulting in increased leads and contacts! Another benefit is improved "Link Popularity" or "Backlink" rankings with Google and other search engines. It's common for today's real estate professionals to have a website, use social media, and become members of various networks, such as Peak Agents.
What If I don't have a website?
Although most real estate professionals have a website these days, some new or seasoned Realtors have not taken that step yet. As a member of Peak Agents, your Member Profile is a great start to a successful online marketing strategy. Member Profiles contain everything you will need to enjoy increased exposure, leads, contacts, referrals, and sales. However, if you are looking to get a website designed, our parent company Cyberscape Marketing can help you through the entire process, includinh registering your domain name, hosting, and custom website design. What if I already subscribe to another lead generating service?
